This panel will discuss the current health technology landscape, including recent changes to the trusted exchange framework and common agreement (TEFCA) and the renewal of Minnesota’s Health Records Act. The panel will also discuss opportunities for Minnesota to lead in the space by incorporating health-related social Needs (HRSNs).
